Zuma’s testimony before TRC Cases Inquiry deferred amid ill health

Former President Jacob Zuma ‘s testimony before the TRC Cases Inquiry has been deferred to a date yet to be confirmed.

The deferment follows Zuma’s admission in hospital and was an agreement between his lawyers and the judicial commission, chaired by Justice Sisi Khampepe.

Zuma was expected to appear on the 22nd of this month.

His testimony was to follow that of former President Thabo Mbeki who will be testifying on the 19th and 20th.
