Adani’s Cemindia is said to near up to $524 million share sale

Adani Group-backed Cemindia Projects, formerly known as ITD Cementation India, is preparing to launch a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore.

The company has appointed ICICI Securities and SBI Capital Markets as advisers and has been meeting institutional investors ahead of the potential share sale.
