TSMC confirms talks with Elon Musk over Texas ‘Terafab’ but insists on operational control

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) is in discussions regarding a potential role in Elon Musk’s proposed Terafab project in Texas, according to company chairman and CEO C.C.
