Ukraine's defense committee backs Khmara for Defense Minister

Ukraine's parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence has unanimously backed Yevhenii Khmara's candidacy for Defense Minister, according to the Ukrainian National News Agency.

The full chamber will vote on the appointment today.
