AUSTIN, Texas -- Presidio Investors (“Presidio”), a lower middle market private equity firm, today announced the sale of Podium Entertainment (“Podium”) to Flexpoint Ford and Shamrock Capital, with GoldState Music joining as a minority investor.

Podium, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is a leading independent publisher committed to discovering, developing, and amplifying the works of both emerging and bestselling authors, representing more than 3,000 authors today.

Podium is the audiobook industry’s third-largest publisher, having grown its catalog from roughly 1,200 titles in 2019 to more than 15,000 titles today.
