U.S. strikes Iran again as Tehran targets American allies in Gulf region

Iran attacked American bases and allies across the Gulf region on Wednesday.

It followed U.S. attacks along Iran's southern coast that killed at least 18, according to Iran's health minister.

At the White House, President Trump said this renewed campaign wouldn't last long, but threatened to hit Tehran "very hard" if the conflict over the Strait of Hormuz remains unresolved.
