Three of the group’s current active members — Yoonchae, Lara and Megan, who sustained an ankle injury during rehearsal that led to KATSEYE pulling out of performing this weekend — unexpectedly showed up on stage Saturday (Aug.

29) just before Devon Again, the act booked to fill in for what would’ve been KATSEYE’s time slot.

The trio said they were honored to introduce nonprofit Baby2Baby, an organization that provides children in poverty with diapers, clothing and other necessities, ahead of Devon Again’s performance.

Addressing their last-minute exit from the lineup, Megan expressed, “We’re so disappointed that we can’t perform today on stage, but my ankle is on hiatus.” “But our hearts are definitely not,” she added.

“We’re sending all of our love to Olivia and this beautiful community that she built at Daisy Chain Fields.

We’re so happy to be here and show as much support as we can.

We love you, Olivia.

Thank you for letting us be a small part of this.” (Check out a video clip that was captured of the moment here .) KATSEYE announced on Thursday that Megan had sprained her ankle, and that they’d no longer be performing at Rodrigo’s inaugural charity festival.

“My doctors have advised me to stay off it and let it heal so I can be ready for tour,” Megan said on Friday.

KATSEYE’s scheduled appearance at the Irvine, Calif., music festival curated by Rodrigo came just after the group earned its first No.

1 on the Billboard 200 with their EP WILD .

KATSEYE’s active lineup presently consists of Yoonchae, Lara, Megan and Daniela, who wasn’t seen on stage Saturday.

Fellow members Manon and Sophia are on hiatus, with Manon focusing on her wellness and Sophia focusing on her mental health.
