Bend mayor says vigil planned for victims of school shooting

The mayor of Bend, Oregon, Melanie Kebler, says that a vigil is planned for the four victims killed in a school shooting.

Authorities say a 16-year-old gunman opened fire at Silver Rail Elementary, before being killed by a member of the community.
