According to the Detroit Free Press , The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirmed Monday (Aug.
31) that it was looking into what had happened two days prior in and around the Ford Field vehicle tunnel, where the injured crew members were reportedly hit by falling pieces of equipment.

“Two were taken by Superior Ambulance, who were already on site, staffing the event.
Four were transported by Detroit EMS.
Of those transported, no injuries appear to be life-threatening.
