Vijay Kedia buys Rs 33 crore stake in Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services via bulk deal, stock skyrockets 17%

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services shares surged after Kedia Securities, owned by investor Vijay Kedia, acquired 20 lakh shares, or a 1.48% stake, through a bulk deal at Rs 164.72 apiece.

The purchase came a day after the stock fell 20% following weak Q1 FY27 earnings.
