Municipal worker fatally run over by unidentified vehicle in Khammam

A municipal worker was run over by an unidentified vehicle after being hit by a speeding car at Jammibanda locality in Khammam town on Thursday morning.

According to sources, Nagamma was sweeping the Khammam-Bonakal Road when a speeding car hit her near Jammibanda.

The impact threw her across the road divider, where she was run over by another speeding vehicle travelling in the opposite direction, resulting in her death. Police registered a hit-and-run case and took up investigation.
