Air India offloaded a passenger over covid test report; ordered to pay Rs 50,000

The Amritsar consumer commission has ordered Air India to compensate a passenger with Rs 50,000 after he missed his flight to London due to alleged inadequacies in the airline's handling of Covid-19 travel protocols.
