Colombian earthquake victims continue to shelter outside

Hundreds of families in Cali are still sleeping in tents, days after Monday's deadly earthquake in western Colombia.

Their homes didn't collapse — but they're too damaged, and too dangerous to reenter.

In one neighborhood, residents have organized a shelter camp of their own in a local park.
