8月1日起，电动汽车供电设备3C强制认证正式落地。新规明确，未取得3C认证的充电桩产品，禁止出厂、销售、进口或者在其他经营活动中使用。新规主要针对新增和扩容设备，遵循“管新不管旧”原则，8月1日前已投运的存量充电桩可继续使用。新规落地带来什么改变？
