OTTAWA, Ontario, Aug.

24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY), a mission-critical solutions company focused on defence, space, healthcare and other strategic critical infrastructure sectors, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Galaxy Broadband Communications, a Canadian leader in satellite communications and remote connectivity solutions.

This follows the August 11, 2026, approval of required amendments to Crown Capital Partners Inc.’s secured subordinated debentures.
