PRAIRIE, Wis. -- EMCO Chemical Distributors (“EMCO”), a leading distributor, custom blender, and packager of chemicals in North America, today announced it has agreed to acquire the assets and operations of Pride Chemical Solutions (“Pride” or the “Company”), a founder-owned distributor of industrial chemicals, primarily serving the Northeast Region of the United States.
