Two men got into the physical altercation with a third man outside the Swan St BP about 7.45pm.

“During the altercation, one of the men — who was aged in his 40s or 50s — got back inside his white Subaru and while driving off appears to have struck one of the other two men,” Victoria Police said.

The man who was struck, a 21-year-old Edithvale man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The third man left the service station before police arrived, but was located on Coppin St with apparent facial injuries.
