Fears are held for a 39-year-old man who vanished after taking a small boat onto the Murray River on the Victoria and NSW border.
Patrick Evans was last seen at Pebbly Beach campground, near Tocumwal about 10.30am on Friday.
He is believed to have headed out fishing on the river in a small boat about midday.
Emergency services launched an urgent search involving NSW Police, NSW Maritime, Victoria Police, divers and the SES after Mr Evans failed to return and could not be contacted.
Mr Evans is described as caucasian, about 175cm tall, of thin build, with a brown moustache and medium-length brown-blond hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police or crime stoppers.
